Rena Aliston ships from the United States. All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Autographed books will be packaged and shipped 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date payment is received. Unsigned books and swag are shipped via third party. Please allow up 7 to 10 days for processing.
Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped. Rena Aliston is not responsible for any delays, damages or losses due to shipping. The package is no longer in my control once it enters the USPS’ system.

If your package is shown as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. You can also file a claim. The Post Office takes mail theft very seriously!
