Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner’s Club) are accepted as well as PayPal.
Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. No credit card information is stored after your order has been processed.
Order processing times vary, depending on the merchandise.

  • Autographed Books: Order processing times are between 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) as these books are shipped directly from Rena Aliston.
  • Unsigned Books: All paperback books are shipped via third party. Please allow up to 10 days before your book is shipped.
  • Digital Downloads: All digital products (ebooks, art prints, audiobooks) are sent immediately after purchase.
  • Swag: Apparel, mouse pads and stickers are shipped via third party. Please allow 7 to 10 days for processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Rena Aliston ships stickers, apparel, mouse pads and paperback books internationally via third party. Paperback books will not be autographed.

International shipping is available for Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Spain, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed, please purchase a paperback book through Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
Apparel, stickers, mouse pads and paperback books are shipped via third party. Shipping is based on the weight of the order and is calculated at checkout.

Autographed books are available for US customers only. These books ship at a flat rate of $6.99.
Rena Aliston is not responsible for lost orders or stolen items. Please contact your local Post office with your tracking number. You can also file a claim.
What format are ebooks?
The format for individual eBooks are listed in the “Details” tabs. There are three formats available.

  1. PDF
  2. EPUB
  3. MOBI
The download file will be a ZIP file with the format you purchased, license agreement, and cover art.
Audiobooks are in mp3 format. The download file will be a ZIP file with the audiobook files, license agreement, and cover art.
Directly after purchase, you will receive a download link to your purchase. You’ll also receive a “Thank you” email with the download link.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellations and order changes depend on the type of product you purchased.

  • Digital Products: Can not be changed nor cancelled as the download link will be provided directly after purchase.
  • Paperback Books: Rena Aliston will try to accommodate cancellation requests for physical products, however once an order is submitted, it immediately goes into processing. If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please do so before your order ships.
  • Swag: If you’d like to cancel t-shirts, mouse pads or stickers, please do so within 24 hours of ordering.
Rena Aliston does not accept returns on digital products. Sales items are not eligible for return.
