How Rena Aliston handles shipping and returns.
Shipping
Rena Aliston ships from the United States. All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will be packaged and shipped 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date payment is received.
Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped. Rena Aliston is not responsible for any delays, damages or losses due to shipping. The package is no longer in my control once it enters the USPS’ system.
Rena Aliston is not responsible for delivery errors due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
If your package is shown as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. You can also file a claim. The Post Office takes mail theft very seriously!
NOTE: Rena Aliston does not ship on weekends on US Holidays.
International Shipping
Rena Aliston does not ship internationally from the official website. Please visit Amazon, Lulu or Barnes & Noble to purchase paperback books.

Returns & Refunds
Rena Aliston wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re not, you’re welcome to return it to us withiin 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. Please fill out the form on the contact page. I will respond with instructions on how to return the item(s).
The Item(s) must be returned in the same manner and condition they were received, this includes the packaging. Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) will receive a partial refund only.
We do not offer refunds because of your failure to read the title and description of the product. Please be sure to thoroughly read the details.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. We do not offer refunds on items purchased while on sale/clearance.
