Rena Aliston ships from the United States. All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Autographed books will be packaged and shipped 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date payment is received. Unsigned books and swag are shipped via third party. Please allow 7 to 10 days for processing.

Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped. Rena Aliston is not responsible for any delays, damages or losses due to shipping. The package is no longer in my control once it enters the USPS’ system.

Unsigned books, stickers, apparel, and mouse pads ship internationally to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Spain, and the United Kingdom. All other countries, please visit Amazon or Barnes & Noble to purchase paperback books.

The format for individual eBooks are listed in the “Details” tabs. There are three formats available: PDF, EPUB, MOBI. The download file will be a ZIP file with the format you purchased, license agreement, and cover art.

Audiobooks are in mp3 format. The download file will be a ZIP file with the audiobook files, license agreement, and cover art.

Directly after purchase, you will receive a download link to your purchase. You’ll also receive a “Thank you” email with the download link.

There are no returns on digital products (eBooks, digital art prints, audiobooks) or paper produts (physical books, bookmarks, posters, stickers).

Returns are available for misprints on mouse pads and t-shirts. A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
