Rena Aliston ships from the United States. All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Autographed books will be packaged and shipped 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date payment is received. Unsigned books and swag are shipped via third party. Please allow 7 to 10 days for processing.

Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped. Rena Aliston is not responsible for any delays, damages or losses due to shipping. The package is no longer in my control once it enters the USPS’ system.

There are no returns on digital products (eBooks, digital art prints, audiobooks) or paper produts (physical books, bookmarks, posters, stickers).

Returns are available for misprints on mouse pads and t-shirts. A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
