Orders & Payments
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner’s Club) are accepted as well as PayPal.
Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. No credit card information is stored after your order has been processed.
For paperback books, order processing times are between 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). Electronic books are sent immediately after purchase.
Shipping
Rena Aliston ships paperback books internationally through third party shipping. These books will not be autographed/signed. International shipping is available, through this site, for Australia, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Norway. If your country is not listed, please purchase a paperback book through Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
Stickers, t-shirts, and mousepads ship internationally to select countries. These products are available through Rena’s Etsy store.

Shipping depends on the product.
- Autographed Paperback Books are available for US customers only. These books ship at a flat rate of $6.99 Unsigned Paperback /Books are shipped by a third party. Shipping is based on the weight of the order.
- Stickers are shipped at a flat rate of $3.99
- T-shirts are shipped at a flat rate of $4.99
Rena Aliston is not responsible for lost orders or stolen items. Please contact your local Post office with your tracking number. You can also file a claim.
Digital Products
The format for individual eBooks are listed in the “Details” tabs. There are three formats available.
- EPUB
- MOBI
Audiobooks are in mp3 format. The download file will be a ZIP file with the audiobook files, license agreement, and cover art.
Directly after purchase, you will receive a download link to your purchase. You’ll also receive a “Thank you” email with the download link.
Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations and order changes depend on the type of product you purchased.
- eBooks: Can not be changed nor cancelled as the download link will be provided directly after purchase.
- Paperback Books: Rena Aliston will try to accommodate cancellation requests for physical products, however once an order is submitted, it immediately goes into processing. If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please do so before your order ships.
Rena Aliston does not accept returns on digital products. Sales items are not eligible for return.
